Chocolate Ladoo Cupcake
Chocolate Ladoo Cupcake is a fusion dessert in which each cupcake has a ladoo – a popular indian sweet- in the center.We made this for diwali ,a famous indian festival, and became a instant hit.In this post you will find the recipe to try and enjoy it with your family.
- Refined Wheat Flour- 100gm
- Powder Sugar – 80 gm
- Baking Powder – 2 gm
- Baking Soda – 2 gm
- Yogurt (Curd) – 120 gm
- Vanilla Essence – 5 ml
- Dark Chocolate – 40 gm
- Refined Oil – 60 gm
Ladoo – 8 No’s (Mootichoor Ladoo Used in this recipe)
Chocolate Ladoo Cupcake Method:
1.Take a bowl and sieve 100 gms of flour with baking powder and baking soda.Add powder sugar and mix all the dry ingredients.
2.Now add the yougurt and vanilla essence ,mix well with a whisk.Once mixed add melted dark chocolate and continue mixing.
3.Finally add refined oil and mix well without forming lumps.Now take a cupcake tray and line it with paper cups.
4.Pour the cupcake batter into a piping bag and pipe in each paper cup to half way.Take a small size ladoo and incert one each in the cupcake batter.
5.Bake these in a pre-heated oven at 180c for about 15 minutes.Once baked remove from the oven and allow to cool down.
6.Once the cupcakes are cooled down remove them from the cupcake mould and pipe with chocolate truffle on top and garnish with broken ladoo pieces.Now the beautiful Chocolate Ladoo Cupcakes are ready to serve and impress your family and friends.
If the ladoos which you buy from the shop is too big for your cupcakes ,then break them into 2 and roll into a ball and use them.The chocolate truffle which i used was made in 1:1 proportion of dark compound chocolate and fresh cream.
