Schezwan Chilli Paneer By Chef Pradeep

Though i am a pastry chef i don’t like to limit my self.Learning from experts and experimenting with food keeps me motivated and i consider myself a life long learner.Hence i have decided to do a food video apart from a bakery product.This recipe is something i do often for my family and i wanted to share this recipe with everyone,hence this post.

Recipe:

  • Oil-60 ml
  • Ginger Chopped-40 gm
  • Garlic Chopped-60 gm
  • Onion-90 gm
  • Dried Red chillies-12 no’s if big/22 no’s if small which i used in the video.
  • Soy Sauce-10 ml
  • Lemon-1/2 no
  • Tomato Ketchup-25 gm
  • Sugar-10 gm (optional)
  • Salt-To Taste
  • Water-100 ml approx

Marinating Paneer

  • Paneer- 200 gm
  • Chilli Powder-10 gm
  • Corn Flour- 10 gm
  • Salt- a Pinch
  • Water– Little

Schezwan Paneer

  • Oil- 50 ml
  • Garlic Chopped-30 gm
  • Onion-100 gm
  • Capsicum-100 gm
  • Spring onion-40 gm
  • Schezwan Sauce-80 gm (Adjust as per your spicy level)
  • Soy Sauce-10 ml
  • Tossed paneer
  • Black pepper powder and salt

Note : If you want to store the sauce for longer duration increase the quantity of oil.
